BLDC Motor Thrust Test
BLDC Motor Thrust Test
BLDC motor thrust test is a ground test to evaluate the performance of electric motors used in Unmanned Aerial Vehicles. With this test, you can obtain engine performance data by measuring thrust, speed (RPM), temperature, current and voltage consumption of the engine you purchased. In this way, you can choose the appropriate propulsion system for your aircraft and ensure that the engine is working properly.
Depending on your environment and components, you may experience a loss in engine performance compared to the manufacturer’s data. This may cause you to experience a crash and your production process may slow down. By trying different configurations with engine thrust testing you can increase flight time by up to 30%.
Unmanned aerial vehicle propulsion system includes BLDC motor and components such as propeller and ESC. Thanks to this test, you can conduct R&D studies and increase your efficiency by trying different propeller and ESC options.
Engine thrust test is completed within maximum 2 working days. The results are delivered to you with a detailed report. Feedback onefficiency and engine condition is provided so that you can have detailed information about your engine’s performance. Pricing for this service is based on your thrust test configuration. You can review different thrust test configurations from the options below and choose the one that suits your needs and contact our team.
For your different test needs specific to Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, you can send your request to our team.
Standard Engine Thrust Test
This test consists of 1 BLDC motor, propeller, ESC and battery components that you intend to use. These components that you purchase for your UAV are tested by us. Your motor is tested from 0 to 100 at 10% intervals for certain periods of time and the results are sent to you in the form of a report.
Propeller Test
This test evaluates the performance of the engine you have purchased with different propellers. The most efficient propeller option suitable for your engine is evaluated in this test, where the size and material of the propellers are preferred differently. The results are reported accordingly.
ESC (Electronic Speed Controller) Test
This test evaluates the performance of the engine you have purchased with different ESCs. The most efficient ESC option suitable for your engine is evaluated. It is checked whether there is a problem in the capacity of the ESC and its compatibility with the engine. The results are reported accordingly.
Flight Simulation Test
This test simulates the data of your flight and evaluates the electronic components and the entire propulsion system. It is observed whether the maneuvers such as ascent, turn and descent encountered during the flight affect the performance of the engine, propeller and battery. Flight data is required for this test.
Flight Duration
The motor, ESC and propeller in your battery configuration are tested until the voltage value reaches the critical moment. As a result, you can determine the flight time with the configuration you have. You can also detect the point where your battery is depleted and determine the safe range for your aircraft.
Battery Test
With this test, parameters such as voltage drop, long life endurance, performance under load (high current) are evaluated. As a result, you can evaluate the possibility of a battery-related problem during flight. The results are reported in detail.
